Today we have sent app 9 samples of our wines to a norwegian wine distributor to taste and decide. Let's wait how Norway will evaluate us...
We've started slowly.
The restaurant Roots, 32 Schönbrunnersstraße started to work with our wines. We made a trip to Vienna and deliver their first order personally. There are three young, enthusiastic owners but with rich experience that run the restaurant, and they want to work only with quality natural wines. Cheers!
Who wants to come to help?
My opinion on quality wine, that I like, hass been changing in time. Nevertheless, the wine has to fulfil the following parameters: organic vineyard, no filtration, clearing etc.
Volunteers are welcomed to participate/help bottling our natural wines.
