We drew the young wine of 2017 to barrique casks. The oak wood has been dried 3 and 4 years by Francois Freres, and the scent of French oak beautifully filled our cellar. Now the wine is finishing conversion of tartmalid acid to lactic acid, known as malolactic fermentation.
Orange 2016 and Roučí 2014 will go to London. Orange 2016 has sold out, but we are diligently working on Orange 2017. Rouci 2014 will be slowly but surely replaced by Rouci 2015.
